I recommend this product for all minor mouth and throat irritations, especially the start of a sore throat. At the first sign of trouble, I recommend 2 sprays every two hours for soothing relief and most likely you will fix the problem overnight before the germs have a chance to become established and spread.

Suggested uses:

• For prevention during the winter season, use twice daily
• For an active sore throat, spray every 2-3 hours.
• For travel, use during airplane flights and where you may come into contact with sick travelers, use the spray frequently.
